1991: Established a unique relationship with IBM through the first-ever global bundling of SPSS software by IBM, 18 years before IBM acquired SPSS.

1996: Predicted the structural pressures that would push India's software industry beyond wage arbitrage and toward global enterprise models in Turbulent Times Ahead, published in Dataquest, India's preeminent technology publication, in its DQ Top 20 edition. READ

2000: Foresaw the need for a globalization platform which would enable US-based software and technology companies to go “instantly global” through local warehousing, distribution, marketing, sales and support infrastructure across 27 major international markets.

2006: Foresaw the need for a fully automated, multilingual and multimodal emergency-alerts telco platform and LBS middleware that could reach people even on basic phones without Internet, GPS or prepaid balance. Co-invented and launched what became the world's first and most advanced platform of its kind. Won recognition from GSMA at Mobile World Congress, Barcelona.

Demonstrated foresight and innovation

2019: Foresaw the potential of combining AI and QR codes as a new engagement technology for customers and election campaigns, years before AI-powered QR engagement began emerging as a broader category. Co-created LuckyCX®, combining AI/ML, real-time analytics, customer behavior and feedback with IntelligentQRcodes® and NanoSurveys™ to connect physical and digital interactions, drive Decision Intelligence and shape opinions.
